It seems that field areas right next to a river can be plowed over and over in the same spot, increasing your experience points for every time you do it! This is worth taking advantage of before the developers remove the bug

Hey, Firstly, you do not need to be by any river, if u plough your own field u will find many.. if u look
Also in this vid u wait inbetween click’s, thus stating you dont know that if you get into a rythm before ploughing the same field over n over you can click it repetedly without no .. Im busy.. crap
Why would you want to plow the same spot for experience points when it costs you 20 coins each time? I think its a waste of money.
expensive way to gain experience points, 20 coins for 1 experience point?
Instead, why not buy hay bales for 50 coins each and get 5 experience points, the experience points would only cost you 1/2 of what this stupid “cheat” does.

Hi, Just want to know ,Do you feel good about yourself when cheating? What do you get by cheating?. This is only a game to have fun and talk to people. I feel your in the wrong place and you should be in POLITICS.
If you get a neighbor to plow for you it only cost 10 coins and you both get 1 experience point each. You can also hire someone from the market place to plow which only cost 15 coins and when someone else plows for you they also get 5 coins for every square they plow.
But it takes so many more clicks to buy hay, then sell/delete it.
and what would u do with all that hay. they would take up all your space

This is obviously a video on loop. If you notice, every time he clicks, his avatar moves his leg exactly the same way. I like how people have to “cheat” at this game but, at the same time, lie about doing it.
This glitch has been around forever, and yes, it has nothing to do with the river. The video is not looping. there are many different degrees of this glitch. Sometimes you can only click it about 1 time per second, if you get it just right you can do it extremely fast. buying hay is retarded cuz it takes forever to do it that way. this is the fastest way to gain exp. Ive sat and done it for hours when I was racing to lvl with my friends. the green triangles in the corner of his plowed spot is what happens when you do that a lot. that was from him doing that previously because it wont happen until you reload the game. those spots can make the game lag really badly and even freeze up sometimes. they have to be deleted which can take a long time. When you delete them they wont disappear until you reload also. Of course its more fun to just play the game and lvl that way. But in my case it was more fun to hear “How the hell did you go from lvl 25 to 32 overnight!!?”

Why does cheating seem like an answer to anything? Why can’t we all just play by the rules? This is just a game for Pete”s Sake!!!! If you’ll cheat at something like a game created for fun and relaxation – I hate to think what you might do when the consequences are a real life matter. Why can’t we all just be honest and enjoy the game ??????

My son bragged about cheating to gain levels yesterday and I read him the riot act. Don’t make me slap anybody here upside the head for doing the same thing. :~p
lol….i think it is hilarious that i have become so addicted to farmtown that i am searching for cheats on the internet!!!!!! I LOVE FARMTOWN!!!!
the most annoying thing is when you are harvesting, you have to wait, and it keeps saying saving and then you get cut off. that is soooooooo frustrating. can they fix it some how that you can do it faster without being cut off
The cheats are just a name. They aren’t really cheating. It is more like finding hidden passages that are short cuts. What is fun about exploring if you aren’t going to get to discover some cool little alternative?
If you plant on all of your plots and you don’t want to sit and wait for it to be planted, you can go to the marketplace and come back to your farm and everything will be planted accordingly. It saves a lot of time.
i dont think its cheating i think its being able to make things more like hints…the pts thing i dont care about so much as making waterfalls, ponds stuff like that….thats why i come here.
It would be really good if they allowed you to plant 4 at a time as you do when harvesting instead of using just 1 plot at a time.
